You decided you want a new countertop...now what?

1	Take some rough dimensions of your kitchen, bathroom, bar, fireplace hearth, etc.
2	Drop them in the contact us file and we will send you back a FREE estimate.
3	OR Stop in to one of our showrooms and we can walk you through the selection process and give you an estimate in person.
4	Pick your Material and color Selecting the stone color and material for your project is the best part! Our skilled staff will help you pick the product that will best fit your needs. TC Granite stocks over 80 granite colors and provides samples for a full range of quartz brands. Because there is such variation in granite color and pattern, it is important that you view current stock to ensure your satisfaction in the color and texture. Because of the consistent color and pattern of quartz , you won’t need to select your exact slab.
5	Sink We offer many of the most popular sinks that are designed to work with stone countertops. Kitchen, bath, bar or laundry, we have a sink that will look great with your new countertops. When you choose to get a sink through TC Discount Granite you’ll save yourself time, eliminate hassles and gain peace of mind. You won’t need to shop around for a sink (unless you really want to). We offer 4 options of stainless steel undermount kitchen sinks that can be viewed on our PRODUCTS page. We also offer bar/prep sinks and porcelain vanity bowls. If you choose to purchase your sink elsewhere, you’ll need to have the sink available for our measurement team to take with them at the time of measure. This will help to ensure that accurate cuts are made for the sinks. What about faucet holes? We will drill all faucet holes and accessories on site the day of install, so you can tell us exactly where you want them drilled.
6	Edge We offer a variety of edging options to add that finishing touch to your countertops. The edge detail represents the finished edge. The edging process is a finishing process that takes the “sharpness” and minor imperfections out of the stone’s front edge and polishes it to a smooth and more uniform surface. From the standard 1/8" Round (eased edge) option to the more elegant Full Bullnose or Ogee the option is yours!
7	Backsplash? Including backsplash with your new countertops adds a finishing touch. It also provides protection against accidental spills. All of our backsplash is cut CUSTOM to fit your needs! We will measure and fabricate it to any size you would like. Our backsplash is 3cm, so just as thick as your countertop.
8	Ready to place your order and have an estimate from us? Just give us a call or stop into the showroom and we'd love to get it set up for you. We require a 50% deposit to hold your measure and installation dates.
9	Measure Day On measure day please make sure that your countertops are cleared of all appliances. Our measuring is done with lazers and it is easier if the surface of the tops is clear of debris. The time given to you when you placed your order is your ARRIVAL window. We schedule two hour windows for traffic/weather/job site delays. The measuring teams will call you the evening before or the morning of your scheduled appointment to tighten up your window.
10	Install Day! It's finally install day! Please make sure that your plumbing is disconnected prior to our arrival and that your countertops are removed or cleared off if we are removing them for you. Plumbing cannot be reconnected for 24 hours.
